This magnificent, newly renovated flat is located right in the pedestrian section in the heart of the famous Royal Mile and only 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station and 5 minutes walk from IEdinburgh Castle. The property boasts two large double bedrooms with high spec, extremely cosy, comfortable King Size beds that are guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep prior to commencing your adventures. The flat has fine quality linens and towels supplied. It also has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom to ensure a luxurious stay. It is very important for guests to note that the bedrooms are located to the rear of the building where it is extremely quiet despite the flat's highly desirable city centre location. The living room is located overlooking the bustling Royal Mile where you will never tire of sitting in the window seat watching the activity below you. The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with washer drier, oven and hob, microwave etc. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants right outside !

Excellent accommodation
The flat was in an ideal location and very well appointed. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were not on the street side therefore were relatively quiet. The flat was exactly as described. The lock box is the top one of eight therefore if you were short in stature it might be a bit tricky to see the numbers to open. Check in and check out we’re straight forward. Overall a wonderful spot!

Amazing location
This place was beautiful, if you don’t like stairs though be warned I believe there are 69 to climb. We enjoyed our stay very much. Of course we arrived during the hottest days on record but the apartment wasn’t that bad. I had to contact the owner about a power issue and he got back to me fairly quickly. I highly recommend!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here. It was right in the center of everything , very walkable to everything. It was comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive. It is on the 4th floor and the steps are small and spiral but it wasn’t a big deal to us, it was fine. We loved it. I highly recommend staying here if your in Edinburgh.
