Stay at a Modern Home on Lake Conroe/Willis Texas

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation on Lake Conroe in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom /2 bath 2300sft double wide mobile home, with large porch overlooking the water. The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen sized beds and 1 bunk bed for sleeping 10 people.  Also has full size washer and dryer for your daily use. The spacious living room is furnished with 46" TV with dish satellite and WiFi .  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with large home made table .  Situated in a cove on Lake Conroe , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or fishing off the large deck in the rear of the house, as the house faces west it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from the rear deck.  An early check-in may be available for an additional $20 for first hour, then $15 for each additional hour, If interested pls text or email thru website for us to check housekeeping schedule. No more than 5 cars/vehicles at anytime. No more than 12 people. We are pet friendly, pls note the yard is not fenced in.

The $100 cleaning fee covers standard cleaning.  An add'l $75 will be w/held from your deposit if house left w clutter thru out & trash not taken out

It was nice to wake up up in the morning and go to bed at night looking at the beautiful view of the lake. We had everything we needed and more. A great time and place to bring in the New Year

Beautiful Relaxing Oasis
We loved the location of the house on the lake, and the house is very nice! The end deck is the perfect place to sit and have morning coffee, and to watch the sunset also. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The host were A+, always available for any questions we had!

David and I purchased this property for our family weekend lake house. We've enjoyed it many times over the years with family and friends alike. We don't get to go down as often as we'd like as our primary home is in Pearland, Texas. We've decided to share it with other family's to allow them to make wonderful memories as well. We have enjoyed great neighbors along with beautiful sunsets. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

It's a very nice 4 bedroom double wide trailer on the water. I've decorated each room in a different theme, but I've mainly stuck with the western more country warm decor.
