The Space:
The expansive 2,600 square foot home features vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and tasteful furnishings creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for your stay. All the necessary comforts of home are provided here, from wireless internet access and board games for entertainment to in-unit laundry facilities and a 2 car garage for your convenience. Laundry room has a sink, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Direct access to the house from the 2 car garage with parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway).

You'll love spending time in the cozy living room where you can watch your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV with Netflix streaming and a sound system. You'll never have to worry about missing your favorite shows while on vacation! The house has a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, rice cooker, cookware, bake ware, and dinning service for 2- 8 persons.

PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link from Duve that will allow you to complete the pre-check-in process, which includes the following:

1. Providing names of all guests
2. Approximate arrival of your time to the home so one of our team members can conduct a welcome walk-through.
3. Secure location to upload your ID. (Required by city law in the Desert and HOA in HI)
4. Agreeing to terms of your reservation (Example: check-in, check-out dates, number of occupants, etc.)

After the pre-check-in process is complete, you will have access to an individual guest area that is accessible through the web and contains all the information needed for your stay. Such as home address, access codes (Available within 24 hours of check-in), access to team members, details about the property, etc. (No app download required).
