Enjoy magnificent views of northeastern Lake George from a traditional Adirondack camp with a large screened-in porch. Lakefront access, sandy bottom, and a brand new dock are excellent for boating, swimming, and fishing. The house has four bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a single bed. It is a peaceful, quiet house which is sheltered by the mountain and tall trees, so it remains cool in the evenings.

The property is on a dead-end road, and it extends up the mountain in back of the house, across the road, down the grassy lawn to the lake. The lakefront is approximately 60 yards from the house. There is a brand new dock on the waterfront, and a sandy beach is available a short walk down the road at the Ticonderoga public beach. The lake bottom is sandy at the dock. Although there is a fireplace, it is not working properly, and we ask that you do not use it. Instead, we have created a campfire circle near the lake.
