High-end finishes, beautiful décor, and luscious dark wood throughout give this fantastic unit a luxurious feel. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather furniture, and beautiful river rock gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful thick granite counter-tops, high-end stainless-steel gas range and appliances, custom cabinetry, and room for eight at the massive island. The private balcony has comfortable furniture and a barbecue grill.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub!

The main sign was a tad bit tricky when navigating in snowfall; would help for the development sign to be at the turn in to parking like other developments. Just a suggestion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was everything expected. Great location, walk to everything slopes, shops, restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed and everything was functional. I read review that said heaters were not working and took awhile to heat up. I found just the opposite. The main fireplace heater got things warmed up very quickly and the kids room was too hot the first night and slept with it off the rest of the time. The place was a little dated but I only say that after going in another one. You pay for what you get, this was a good deal, I'd rather save some money than have new floors and sofa's. I'm there to ski and check out town. I've rented many times with VRBO, this MGMT group was by far the most attentive ever. I was getting texts before I arrived, during my visit, and always respond to me within 30 minutes. From letting me into place 45 min earlier to allowing us to use another one of there rental units do to laundry. Ours was broken, which they told us in advance, the great part was we found a solution. highly recommend this place and property mgmt company.

Needs Repairs
Upon checkin it was communicated that the washing machine was broken. The alternative was to take my laundry to another unit in another building. During our stay we noticed several outlets broken, the fireplace was inconsistently working, broken towel rack in the kitchen, and the back door would not lock. I would not recommend this condo for any family with small children. My son was also shocked by one of the outlets (didn’t look broken) when he was plugging his phone in.

Very dated rental. Not clean. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Washer not working properly they did try to fix but probably needs replacement. Bedding on the beds were old . . Would not stay here again. Location was the only positive thing about this place.
