My family inherited the condo from my father who passed away 5 years ago. We have enjoyed coming down to vacation here once a year in April and have rented it out for the other winter months.
Why they chose this property
This property is in a great location. very quiet and the pool is located next to our condo building. It has beautiful lake views out the lanai for relaxing and watching wildlife. It is only a 2 mile drive to Marco Island. Very easy to get to.
