The master bedroom features a king size bed and the adjoining bath features a double vanity, whirlpool, and tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed for children! All bedrooms have private, attached bathrooms.

Please respect that this is a no pet, non-smoking unit. Please understand that the triple bunk bed is for the use of children only. A Ring Video Doorbell Camera is installed and monitoring the property to ensure guest safety and to maintain the security of our investment. No audio is being recorded.

2024 Guests - Please note that the HOA will begin a construction project at the complex in the Fall of 2023 with completion scheduled for Spring/Summer 2024. This project will be on the ground level of the building on the east side (opposite side of the building from our unit) and will include an additional pool for the use of adults, a splash pad upgrade and relocation, a pavilion over the grilling area, additional restrooms, a souvenir shop area and a bar/cafe. We are looking forward to these additions but cannot be held liable for any interruptions during the construction.

*2023 Prior note: Concurrently, we will be renovating our unit beginning in December 2023 and not serving guests until February 2024. Guests wanting to book in 2024 need to be aware that the layout and sleeping arrangements for the condo will remain the same. However, we are updating the kitchen and bathrooms and painting throughout the unit. It will look different than pictured!
