Great place and location!
This was the second time a couple of us stayed in the same complex/building and it's a great location to enjoy New Orleans. Great food within walking distance, quieter at night, all around great stay. Thanks!

Nice place in a good location
We spent five nights here and it worked out very well for us, spacious and comfortable. The gated off-street parking is a HUGE advantage. The streetcar is a pleasant 10 or 15 minute walk away (although on a couple of occasions it was too full and didn’t stop). The French Quarter is easily accessible by Lyft or streetcar. Garden District is close, and pleasant walking. Noise from bar was only noticeable on Saturday night but wasn’t a big problem. We’d stay here again.

Good Location, But Overnight Smoke Detector Beeping
We enjoyed most of our week at this conveniently-located condo. However, one night the smoke detector batteries outside the bedroom door started beeping at 10:30 p.m. I texted the owner who said he could not come over that night to replace the batteries, but would come over the next morning. He said there was a step-stool to stand on, but we were not tall enough standing on the stool to reach and remove the batteries. Therefore, we had to listen to the loud beeping all night, which was very annoying! The owner came over the next day to change the batteries. I suggested to him that a refund of one night's rental cost would be fair, given our bad night. I thought we had agreed that this amount would be fair, but he chose to refund only $75, considerably less than half of one night's rate. I asked him to reconsider the refund amount, but he refused. Therefore, our week-long stay ended on a negative note.
