Private Beach Perfect Destination Vacation or Connecticut Staycation!

This incredible two bedroom home located directly on the widest private beach in Connecticut is the perfect location for your next vacation. Newly built, this house has hardwood floors throughout, brand new appliances, washer and dryer, queen bed, two twin beds, fully furnished- including all kitchen necessities, central air, two decks, gas grill, plenty of parking, beach chairs, toys, kayak, paddle board, life vests, etc. Scenic salt marsh views are the back yard. A breathtaking beach is your front yard. Just bring your personal belongings. Wi-Fi included. No pets. No smoking.
I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for four people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 8 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our guests and the property the front and rear entrances of the home are monitored via video.

Very modern, cool home
I am very picky about cleanliness/condition of where I stay- this property did not disappoint! Perfect home away from home for my husband and I for a week. The beach is very private and quiet. We were interested in relaxing, and it was perfect. Whoever designed/decorated the home was either an interior designer or should be one! Great house, would stay again!

Awesome Spot For fun and Relaxation
This was a great spot for all of us to relax before and after the Sound on Sound music festival. It was a quiet, relaxing spot, with ample room for the four of us (adults) to eat, watch TV, and get a good night sleep. The twin beds were on the smaller size for adults, but were perfect for our needs for the weekend. The home is newly redone, and just beautiful. It's such a cool location, and easily accessible to everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was great, coffee maker and coffee were so welcome in the morning, and the beach was amazing. Such a relaxing home.

Bright and clean
We stayed for 8 days and house had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Second shower is an outdoor not enclosed shower if you are looking for a 2 full bath rental. Half bath is outside off of deck .

Everything you can possibly need
This property is well designed and every little detail is thought through. If you find yourself needing something, just look around, they have it. Coming back from the beach, there is a shower outside. Towels stored conveniently close to exit. Extra bathroom outside on the deck is a great idea. Beautiful views, Games for kids, beach toys, kayaks - it makes your beach vacation unforgettable!

I am a realtor and property manager. I take great pride in hosting guests at incredibly beautiful locations as well as providing a spotless home for them. I am meticulous when it comes to the cleanliness of the homes. Everything is disinfected from the light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. Soft fabric such as ALL bedding, towels, etc. are laundered in between guests. All of the interior furniture is leather or wood and cleaned in between guests as well. I hope to host you soon!

This house is set on a private beach. Each homeowner on the street owns the beach directly in front of their home. This is awesome because you don't need to worry about setting up your chair/blanket early to ensure a spot on the beach. Your spot is always open. The house/beach is located in a quiet residential area.
