Come enjoy Marco Island! Completely renovated 2 bedroom (upstairs) 2.5 bath townhouse style condo with lanai. Centrally located and walking distance to Pickleball & Tennis Courts, Public Library and Mackle Park.
San Marco Villas are 1 mile to the beach and close to shopping, restaurants as well as fishing, boating and paddle boarding. Beautiful Mackle Park is steps away and features a huge playground, lake, walking paths, spray park, and basketball courts.
The condo is comfortably furnished for your most relaxing vacation yet! Two bedrooms; each have their own full bath; furnished with king bed and twin beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room and a half bath on the first floor. High speed WiFi and Cable TV and laundry in unit. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Located a short ride from the Florida Everglades and close to Naples, Marco Island is the largest and only developed land in Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. Marco Island falls between the tropical and sub-tropical climate zones. Winters are mild, sunny and mainly dry, while summers are hot and humid, with afternoon showers and the occasional tropical storm. Great stay
We had a great stay here, the location made everything just a short car ride away. Very comfortable town home with all the amenities we needed and wanted. Great community pool, we loved the hot tub too! Communication with owner was fantastic, thank you for sharing your slice of island paradise with us.

What a gem of a condo!
My husband and I are regulars for renting condos in Marco Island that are away from the craziness of being beachfront. We loved this condo, it was just a bike ride from Marco Island’s Tigertail Beach. The condo was so well equipped with all the kitchen and beach fun items that we could ever imagine we needed. Such a cute and extremely clean place to stay while enjoy all that Marco has to offer. Owners were extremely easy to communicate with and checked in via text message to make sure we had arrived safely from our drive from California.

Island paradise!
This condo is located in the heart of Marco Island! Close to bike path, pickle ball courts, Malkle Park, and the beach!!! It’s very clean and kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances!!! The king size bed was great and had lots of pillows. I would recommend this condo if you want to stay on Marco👍👍👍👍👍
