Bring your own boat and toys for fishing and PLAYING or rent a boat or jet ski from a local marina. OUR NEW PRIVATE BOAT RAMP provides easy boat assess to the water and a PRIVATE DOCK WITH ELECTRICITY AND SWIM LADDER makes boating, swimming and sunning a pleasure.

The property is flat, breezy and shady making for a perfect setting. It is all here for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing exploring the expansive shore, golfing , hiking, biking, or just relaxing with family and friends.

Our 2,100 sq. ft home has an open floor plan with WATER VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM, a smart TV in the great room and WiFi throughout. There are 3 bedrooms: master- has 1 king bed plus a twin bed - with a private full-bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 has shared full-bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 king size bed, and bedroom 3 has 1 double size bed. For overflow, a pull-out sofa bed in the great room will sleep 2 people. The large kitchen with two eating areas will accommodate 10 plus people.

We can assist your vacation planning by recommending marina boat rentals and toys, fishing charters and golf courses. Information will be placed in your vacation home

Great location
We truly did enjoy our stay, the location is great! The kids loved being right in the lake. Good private neighborhood. And the neighbors were very friendly. I’ve never met an owner of the home I was renting, and Brenda was there twice, to be honest it felt invasive and off putting. The kitchen is infested with ants. Make sure you leave absolutely nothing on the counters. We did enjoy our vacation, but the house is in some need of a little TLC

This place is bigger than it looks. You can see the water from every room in the house. The fire pit was nice to have. We had to leave one day early and the owner refunded us for that day even though she didn't have to. I would definitely stay there again.

Family fun at the lake
Everything was great. The only few things that could have been better where the silverware was dirty (we had to wash before using because some had food on it. The jet tub should not be advertised since it doesn’t work. Otherwise it was awesome

During the cooler weather, Stepaside is the perfect location to enjoy a golfing adventure while still enjoying the water views and awesome sunsets.

Fishing vacations at Lake Norman are also very popular here. You can fish from your dock in the surrounding deep waters or cast into the deepest parts of the lake from your own or rented boat .
