Spectacular and overwhelming views of the turquoise blue Caribbean sea, Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas. Enter paradise through the large stone entryway to this professionally decorated villa. The living and dining area have large glass panels that offer sweeping outdoor views and opens up for indoor/outdoor living on the huge covered veranda. Enjoy the million dollar views and fabulous sunsets over the beautiful blue water and St. Thomas to the west. Fantastic lighting and marble counter tops and tile floors throughout. Your choice of two air-conditioned master En Suites with double sinks and indoor showers that access amazing stone and tile private outdoor shower grottoes

The villa has a generator that comes on automatically when power is interrupted-which happens frequently on the island. ONLY approximately 10% of the houses on St. John offer this convenience. You won't have to worry about spoiled food or hot, uncomfortable nights.

WiFi & internet streaming television

Multi-Split Air Conditioners (these are not window units) are installed for your comfort. These allow you to cool "individual zones" in the house for greater energy efficiency. This villa has a huge covered veranda that allows you to keep the large glass wall of windows open to walk effortlessly between the inside and outside living & dining area and enjoy the trade winds and daytime high temperatures between 78-88 degrees year round. The whole Villa can be cooled with the A/C systems but generally guests find that cooling the sleeping areas at night is all that is needed.

Located convenient and a short distance from all of St. Johns famous north shore beaches, Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, Hawksnest, Honeymoon Beach, Caneel Bay and other US National Park beaches.

We rented Villa Amerigo for my 50th birthday and had a wonderful time. Valerie and her husband (Coastal Rental Group) are new owners/managers of the property and do a fantastic job. The property is pristine and fully equipped. They were there to greet us and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The views and breezes on the deck are amazing. So nice to have two master suites each with indoor/outdoor showers. We only used the pool once but, there are many deck chairs, a table as well as a deck to sit on if you want to avoid the sun. Highly recommend!! We are going back at the end of March!

We loved our stay on St. John and especially at Villa Amerigo! The accommodations are not only beautiful but so inviting and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. We loved waking up each day to the stunning views of Cruz Bay. The private pool is AMAZING! Comfortable beds and the fabulous outdoor showers prompted us to extend our stay once we arrived. The villa's location make the trips to the North Shore beaches quick and convenient. We WILL be back!!

I have never needed a vacation as much as I did when I arrived at Villa Amerigo. Upon walking into this BEAUTIFUL villa my stress immediately melted away! Everything that anyone could possibly need to have a dream vacation was impeccably placed and the view of Cruz Bay ~ BREATHTAKING‼️ I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. If there was a rating above 5-stars, this indescribably fantastic villa would deserve it. Absolutely Lovely paradise retreat 🌴 ‼️

Spectacular Villa Overlooking Cruz Bay-Walk to Town. All I can say is WOW!!! If you are looking for a vacation destination that will delight and amaze you, look no further, Villa Amerigo is Heaven here on earth! The owners have appointed this jewel with the intention to accommodate your every wish and that is exactly what they have accomplished! From the outdoor shower grotto to the refreshing swimming pool, an environment of total relaxation embraces you from the moment you arrive to the regrettable moment of departure. This is my definition of heaven. If a spectacular view is what you crave the breathtaking vistas of Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas will astonish your optics and caress the lenses of your favorite cameras. Next time I’ll bring a media card with a lot larger capacity so that I can bring more of Amerigo’s beauty home with me. If I could ask the owners to change anything, I would ask them to change nothing! The energizing walk to town unleashes everything from local sporting events to restaurants, happy hours, even local educational events. If you are looking for one of the worlds top 5 enchanting SCUBA dives, try diving the RMS Rhone, a treasure you’ll never forget. In the balance, Villa Amerigo is an experience that can only be matched by a return trip. I can not wait for my next Amerigo experience.

Villa Amerigo is a 5 star experience with an incredible view. Air conditioned master suites with outdoor grotto showers make the entire villa feel like paradise. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever enjoyed! Lush tropical landscaping, incomparable views of Cruz Bay and St. Thomas, and an exquisitely decorated villa with all the essentials! The outdoor grotto showers are a highlight! We have visited Villa Amerigo yearly since it was available. We plan to return next year. We have never been disappointed! I highly recommend this paradise getaway!

We stayed at Villa Amerigo from 3/6 through 3/12 and it exceeded all expectations. We could never stay anywhere in St John again after being spoiled with this villa. Two beautiful master bedrooms with private bath and outdoor shower grotto decorated with rocks, glass and seashells. I used this shower every day. The kitchen was complete with every possible need for cooking - beautiful glasses, plates, dish towels, bowls, etc. But the most important asset was its expansive deck overlooking Cruz Bay and St Thomas and that beautiful blue Caribbean water. Looking down from the deck to the trees, we could spot many iguanas. We had a few rain showers, but even that was beautiful from this vantage point. The owners have really outdone themselves with this spectacular rental property. We will be back!! Don't miss Vie's Snack Shack for fried chicken and Miss Lucy's for grouper reuben sandwiches.
