Tolles Apartment- gerne wieder
Grundsätzlich haben wir nichts am Apartment zu bemängeln. Es war extrem sauber, die Lage war durch die Anbindung an die „Rapida“ sehr zentral gelegen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Zugang zum Aufzug war ideal, da dadurch die Wege mit Gepäck, Einkäufen usw. sehr vereinfacht wurden. (Wir hatten einen Kleinstwagen. Mit einem größeren Auto wäre uns die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage zu eng gewesen) Während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich die Vermieterin mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles ok sei u.wir noch etwas benötigen. Zusammengefasst- wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nous avons loué l appartement 10 jours. Hormis premier vol annulé, tout le reste de notre séjour s est parfaitement déroulé. Et ce, en partie grâce à Patricia et Ana. Elles ne se contentent pas de louer un appartement en parfait état , propre et joliment décoré mais en plus elles sont joignables à tout moment et nous donnent des conseils de visites. Un grand merci à toutes les deux. L appartement est spacieux et confortable avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Les deux chambres et deux salle de bain sont idéales pour des vacances en famille.

choix idéal pour un bon séjour sur l ile de madere
rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, nous avons l'habitude de louer pour nos séjours, mais cette location est particulièrement remarquable. l'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux,( nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre vol mais ils sont resté disponible avec la bonne humeur), une délicate attention de bienvenue est disposée sur la table.. mais on n'en dira pas plus c'est la surprise!!! l'appartement est spacieux pour 4 personnes tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos, très propre et bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Vous pouvez apercevoir le soir des dauphins de la terrasse qui à vue sur mer. la localisation est idéale proche aéroport et de Funchal et reste également un point de départ privilégié pour les visites. le bord de mer a proximité pour la détente est un plus. nous conseillons vivement cet appartement pour tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette belle ile portugaise accueillante et si nous devions y retourner nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs!!!. louer une voiture semble nécessaire pas trop grosse par contre l'accès au garage est un peu étroit et demande de la maitrise... un petit point négatif pour être complet, quelques chiens aboient la nuit, ils sont nombreux sur l'ile, mais franchement après une journée bien remplie ce n'est pas ce qui empêche de dormir dans un lit confortable. merci encore à Patricia pour sa réactivité et sa disposition pour avoir répondu à nos questions et nous guider dans notre choix.

Eine Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen
Mein Mann,ich und unsere 15-jährige Tochter haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Man kann die Bilder von der Wohnung absolut vertrauen, alles sieht wirklich so schön aus. Hier wurde es noch nicht erwähnt, aber es steht auch ein Tiefgaragen Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Man kann aber problemlos auf der Straße parken. Der Balkon ist klein, aber ausreichend, in südwestliche Richtung. Sonne bekommt Mann erst ab ca.15 Uhr. Die Autobahn liegt nahe aber hat uns nicht gestört. Man hört aber deutlich die Straße vor dem Haus (Balkon), schreckliches Hundekonzert zur jeden Tages(Nacht)zeit und Man hört leider auch den Aufzug. Wer in der „Winterzeit " verreist, muss damit rechnen, dass es generell keine Heizung in der Wohnung gibt. Wir hatten einen Außentemperatur von 15* und in der Wohnung war es für uns sehr kalt. Das ist aber natürlich sehr individuell. Die Mieterin ist super hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist allgemein sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gibt auch deutsche TV Sender. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und Jederzeit wieder buchen.
