It is a comfortable house of new construction that respects the traditional architecture of the white villages. It has 2 bedrooms available, 1 double and one with double bed, a bathroom, a modern kitchen open to the living room and an outdoor area with terrace and private garden, with access to the pedestrian path that goes to the Castle.

In the living room, located at the top of the house we find a beautiful Yamaha piano wall piano and the cast iron wood stove that give warmth to the winters. It has bright windows and a balcony overlooking the Crestellina mountain range.
Several armchairs and a large dining table complete this main space of the house. Ideal for family reunions or among friends.

The kitchen, open at one end to the living room, has a complete equipment: Oven and kitchen
induction, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary utensils to enjoy a well-prepared meal.

From the living room you access the terrace and the natural garden. This outdoor area has a wooden porch and an area of fruit trees that surround the house. From here a pedestrian path takes us to the ruins of the Roman-Mozarabic Castle.

The accommodation has unlimited internet service (wifi) and satellite dish for international television channels, as well as air conditioning / heating.
