Modern and stylish two bedroom apartment in Playa del Carmen downtown. Palmares is the perfect location in the area, just 3 blocks from 5th avenue and 4 from the beach, supermarket is just one block far and even with this great location you have the security and quietness due the area is far enough from the loud bars.

The Space:
This apartment in particular has direct access to the pool from the balcony which make it different from the other condos in the building. You can have a margarita and have you feet inside the pool right outside the condo.

Very nice
The appartement is very nice the only thing it is noisy but we have access to everything at max 5 mn walk.

The property was nice.
The noise from the pool area was very loud when there was several people in pool. Do not use the air conditioners, unless you wish to pay very high electric bill.
