Adventure Launchpad or Cosy Resting Space

Wonderful hillside location with an amazing back yard, just right for a memorable Asheville adventure. Frisbee golf course in neighborhood, 1.5 miles to river adventures, 2 miles to down town, the river arts district or UNCA. 7 miles to the Baltimore estate and village, and 9 miles to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Or stay in with all of our comfortable amenities! We do have a 3 day minimum stay for reservations that include a Friday or Saturday.

Good House
The response from the property manager, Helen, was awesome regarding a couple of questions I had. The house was clean except for the hot tub so we didn't use it. It was a good thing we looked because it needed water added. The couch needs to be replaced and there wasn't a toaster. The supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms were great. We thought the location was good to stuff we wanted to see and do. Overall a good house.

Great getaway home for friends or family
Family used this property for Thanksgiving. 3 full beds and 3 full bathrooms made is very easy. House is a perfect size and ample room for family fun. Back yard was great. The outside of the property definitely needs more lighting. If you are going to arrive at night, make sure to bring a flashlight. No other complaints.
