Tequila Sunrise Cottage

Renovated cozy beach bungalow across the street from the beach. Small backyard for pets. Centrally located in between Kure and Carolina Beach. 2x public beach accesses across the street. Large dog door for pets with a fenced backyard and outdoor shower. Brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee pot, toaster and stainless steel cookware. Open floor plan with a rustic island in the kitchen and breakfast nook in the foyer.

Policies and Fees:
-We only rent to individuals who are 25 or older.
-During the summer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day we only rent by the 6-day week (Sunday-Saturday)

$100
Pet Fee (2 dogs max. No cats allowed):
$100
Taxes:
- 13% local tax rate.
Cancellation:
- 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
- 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

The best little beach house!
This is our third stay at Tequila Sunrise and won’t be our last. The house is always clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The new patio looks great. The hosts are also fantastic. We love this place!

We can’t wait to stay here every time. It never disappoints. Great location to all restaurants, grocery stores and right across the street from the beach, so easy and quick access. Back yard is an amazing little oasis to chill and to let the pups play without worry of them getting out of the fenced yard and running away. Thank you to Carey and Wayne for being amazing hosts. Carey called personally to check on us before the hurricane was to arrive to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. These are just a few of the many more reasons we keep coming back to stay with them.
