Nice and roomy
The house accommodations were very good. I would stay here again. There was enough room for all of us. This is a great place to stay for a summer visit being there is a pit and outside sink and fridge. It was like being at home.

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our large party. Pics are spot on to house.
We reserved this house due to my daughter playing in a softball tournament. Three families shared the house and it was plenty big enough for all of us. Lancaster can get very hot, the air conditioning in this house was amazing. It was nice to come home to a nice cool house with room to stretch our legs at the end of a long day of softball. After booking the house the review with 1 star popped up and I was nervous about what the house would be like. Our experience was nothing like what was listed in the review. The house was clean and inviting. By the end of the week things inside the house was dusty because of beung in yhe desert and there was a constantly blowing wind. There are some interesting bugs outside again because you're in the middle of the desert, but nothing was inside the house. The patio space in the backyard was also one of our favorites when it cooled down outside we would barbecue and let the kids play. It was a perfect area for the kids to run around where we didn't have to worry about them. The house is not perfect there is some wear and tear, like most houses that are lived in. This house was perfect however for our trip. We saved $100's on food by not having to eat out every day. Being able to have all of us sit atound the giant table and share meals or lounge on the couches and watch movies was priceless.

Extremely Disappointed
Details of the situation: We reserved this property to attend our grandson's high school graduation in California. I reserved this property for myself and husband, 2 daughters and their husbands and 2 of my granddaughters. Once we arrived at the home on 5/29, it was roughly around 6:30pm. We didn't have too much time to look around the property as we had to meet up with family for dinner so we just dropped off our luggage and belongings. We did notice some sticky parts on the floor as well as the coffee table, so we decided to get some cleaning supplies on our way home. Before returning, we stopped by a store to get some food and cleaning supplies. Upon returning around 10:15pm-ish, we did a walk through and saw that the home was dirtier than we initially thought. We started wiping down the floors, coffee table, kitchen counters, kitchen table and chairs. The chairs in the kitchen had dried ketchup on them, dried and sticky substances all over the chair handles and the back part of the chairs. On the cupboards in the kitchen by the refrigerator, there was some type of substance splashed on the cupboard. All our wipes turned black from the dirt and/or food on the floors/surfaces. At this point, we decided to continue the cleaning with wiping down the door handles, light switches and even hand rails going up the stairs. They were sticky and again every wipe was digustingly black. One of my daughters started sweeping the kitchen and found that there was broken glass under the kitchen table. During our cleaning, we came upon numerous cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. We even found one in a drawer with utensils in the kitchen and one under the kitchen sink. At this time, we decided we need to "reclean" the dishes and silverware since there were roaches in the drawers and can't confirm that they haven't been in contact with the dishes or silverware. We loaded the dishwasher and found that the soap was still in the dispenser - which means the dishwasher wasn't properly working, so therefore all the dishes were not clean to begin with. We tried to do another load, but the same issue occurred - the soap dispenser did not open so would not properly wash the dishes and silverware. By this time, it had been a couple hours of cleaning and still was not done going through all of the house. While standing in the kitchen discussing the situation, another cockroach ran from under the kitchen table and my grandaughters screamed and started crying.
