Great location
We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was super convenient to the places we needed to get to. There was a supermarket just a stone’s throw away and lots of places to eat out. The kitchen was well equipped. The reason for the 3star rating for communication was that there was no reply to our enquiry about a. Coffee maker - I made that on the VRBO page but didn’t get a response. Apartment was comfortable but the AC was rather noisy

Better than expected
Fantastic service. Quite property. Street car is a short walk. Good neighborhood. Comfy. Grocery very close. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice plus for my extended stay. I was even able to iron shirts! I'm old. These things get me excited.

Easy, clean and calm
I enjoyed the whole entire process!! The neighbourhood was great. The unit itself was very serene and calm. It was the reason why I wanted a weekend trip and the stay exceeded my expectation. The unit was very clean, appliances were there, books, games, etc.

Not bad at all
I had a great stay, I was able to get some work done as planned. The unit seems bigger in the pictures but it’s still comfortable. When I booked it I wanted parking but I ended up needing to park on the street.

Pretty Ok
This was a really functional space, decent accommodations. Minor things we noted: The sheets were absolutely not clean, there was a lot of other people's hair in the sheets, on the pillows etc. Including what looked like pubic hair. That being said, there is a washer and dryer in the suite and soap to use in the washer. So, for a feels- like-home experience, we started our stay by doing laundry. A not so minor glitch: When we arrived the code for the front door would not let us in and we had to wait for another resident to go in to sneak behind them and then locate our keys. The said key was really sticky in the lock and it took a bit of time and gentle jiggle to get into and out of the suite. Another feels-like-home moment: We got a notice on our door that we needed to remove window screens because window washing was going to be happening and failure to do so would mean management would be entering the property to remove screens. So, a bit of handyman duties were required as well. There is a very lonely, loud kitty who lives next door. My only complaint there is that there was no way to get to the poor creature and give it some needed pets to soothe the wailing. But honestly, the place is cute and totally served the needed purpose. Besides the sheets, the place was spotless and well equipped, other residents were friendly and there are many cute companion animals in the building. Neighborly feel. We'd totally book again. It felt like stopping at a friend's place. Fun.
