Stunning oceanfront condo with 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths. Almost 1100 sq ft has been tastefully upgraded & remodeled with all the comforts in mind.

Top floor on the southern most end of Kona Bali Kai overlooking Banyan's surf spot. Floor to ceiling glass sliders with views to the Pacific Ocean greet you as you enter this unit. Fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and a spacious lanai that allows for outside dining & a perfect spot to take in ocean. All 3 bedrooms have Cal-king sized beds, and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the unit with access to the lanai, plenty of closet space and a walk in shower. Ductless wall unit Air-Conditioning is available in each bedroom and in the living room.

This complex is on world famous Alii Drive, just 3 miles south of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where you will find great restaurants and shopping. Banyans Beach, famous for its intermediate surfing, is on the south end of the complex. Kona Bali Kai has a freshwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, large lobby & grassy area near the waters edge for total enjoyment near the condo.

Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, no pets allowed.

Great location
Great location, perfect size for the 5 of us. I would update the beach chairs; we lost a chair on the last day of our stay to the arm rusting right off. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay!
Beautiful property with a great ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Lanai was perfect in the evenings. Great location! We were able to fit a travel bassinet in the master bedroom but not sure one would fit in either of the other rooms.

Pure enchantment
Sitting on the balcony, you can watch the surfers and, we'll also say, a few whales. It was central to most everything by car, but it was nice to take the trolley into town for a relaxing time. If you want a true Hawaii vacation, this place is worth the expense. The location is just perfect, and I hope to make it back again one day. Bob

Holiday stay
Our family spent Christmas and new years at 401. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is everything the pictures show. Some of our issues were lack of AC, and it seemed it hadn’t been working for a while. Because of that, we had to leave windows open and Ali’i drive can be really loud at night. It’s also a big surfer beach which is really cool, unless you’re trying to sleep and you hear all their conversations. I think next time we wouldn’t pick a place as close to the road, maybe more insulated. However the condo was great, it got our family well, and there was no false advertising.

This place was fantastic, cant beat the views! The property was very clean and everything needed for our stay was provided. The management was very communicative and helpful. Location is close to the downtown area and beaches. I would definitely recommend this place.
