Cottage By the Sea (er, Ocean)
The hosts were amazing, the cottage immaculate, the neighborhood as expected in the middle of a national park. I would highly recommend for anyone (or two) to recharge their batteries and enjoy the amazing beach and park. Stunning views from cliffside made my trip worthwhile. "My Dream" horseback riding at sunset on the beach was icing on the cake.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und versprüht südländischen Flair. Abseits des touristischen Trubels, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, in der Nähe der beeindruckenden Steilküste - hat für uns genau gepasst. Nuno und Rosa sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber.

Wohlfühlort
Das kleine Reihenhaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Wir kamen rein und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Dieses Gefühl hat man nicht bei allen Ferienhäusern. Die Lage an der Düne ist wunderbar. Man kann direkt zu Fuß an den Strand laufen und findet einen weitläufigen Strand mit dem typischen Westküstenflair vor: Wellen, Weite, Wind, manchmal Wildheit.... Auch Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen an der Felsküste mit herrlichem Ausblick sind vom Haus aus ganz unkompliziert möglich, ohne erst das Auto zu bemühen. Die kleine Terrasse geht zwar zur Straße hin, auf der einige Autos fahren. Durch die dichte Hecke stört dies aber nicht. Wir hatten eher das heimelige Gefühl, dass wir mit dem "Leben da draußen" nichts zu tun haben müssen, wenn wir nicht wollen. Das Bett auf der Galerie ist über eine steile Holztreppe zu erreichen. Wenn wir mal 70 sind, wäre uns das evtl. zu herausfordernd. War für uns (62 und 59 Jahre) zwar gut machbar, ist aber nicht schlecht, das zu wissen!! Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Begegnung mit Rosa und Nuno und können das Häuschen nur empfehlen!

Ein ganz schönes kleines Reihenhäuschen! Die Besitzer super nett und die Ausstattung toll. War alles da, was man braucht. Absolut tolle Lage weil ganz nah am Strand von Bordeira. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!

Sehr schönes Häuschen im Westen Portugals
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Carrapateira, das Klima im Westen Portugals ist sehr angenehm.Das Häuschen von Rosa und Nuno ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, Alles ist sehr schön vorbereitet.Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und die Beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Urlaubern eine gute Zeit zu ermöglichen. Herzlichen Dank an Rosa und Nuno, alles Gute von Dorothea und Jürgen.
