Conveniently located--home away from home

Stylishly updated 3 bedroom house, conveniently located in the official Storybook Capital of America! Positioned within walking distance from the Taylor County Expo Center, Shotwell Stadium, The Abilene ZOO, and Lyle Land & Cattle and only minutes from the Abilene Airport. Fully furnished, cozy and perfectly situated as your home away from home while you're in Abilene for your special events at the Expo Center, Convention Center, sports event, graduation, college reunion, CALF festival, rodeo, or family vacation.

When renting the house, guests have full access to kitchen, fridge, washer and drier, living spaces, TV, and parking. The garage has been converted to a music room--carpeted with couches, an additional TV and a piano. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This property is the owner's residence and he and his kids live there on the off weeks when the house is not rented. They enjoy creating a space that is very welcoming and inviting for guests!

This location is perfectly situated for any event you may be attending in Abilene. Also about 5 minutes from the Abilene Airport. It is also minutes from the loop which makes really any location in Abilene no more than 15 minutes away. Check out this link about the “Storybook Capital of America”!

*Our very loving family dog, Nash, lives happily in the back yard. He is not allowed inside. He is a people lover and loves attention if you enjoy a good ol' game of fetch! All of the families who have stayed at Summoner always comment on how much the kids loved playing with Nash. If you are allergic to dogs or have kids who are afraid of dogs, Nash has another place to go and can go on doggy vacation while you're there. Just let me know.

Best Host Ever!
Our family has stayed in VRBO's in several states, Brandon is the best host we have ever had, above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful house, inviting and homey from the minute we walked in. So appreciated all the information about Abilene, places to eat, shop, and things to do. Brandon you made everything easy for us, so we could relax and enjoy our stay, truly appreciate your time and effort for us!

Beautiful home better than pictured.
This was a beautiful home in a great location. It is even more beautiful than pictured. The host Brandon was amazing. We rented this home for a girls weekend. I will definitely be running this home again in the future. My children plan to stay here when they visit Abilene. This was such a great home I have recommended it to my local church for pastors when they come into town. I can’t wait to stay in this lovely home myself again. Thanks Brandon for sharing your home with all us girls!!!

The minute I stepped into this home it felt open and warm--even before it was furnished and decorated. I knew that this could be a place that would be a sanctuary for my guests.
