Perfect for your vacation. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with great views of the sugar white sand and the beautiful blue Gulf of Mexico. This Condo features a king size bed full bath, queen bed in the 2 bedroom. washer/dryer fully stocked kitchen.
The Sugar Beach Complex features 3 pools, one heated in the winter, a kiddie pool, covered gazebos and comfortable lounge chairs for your sunning pleasure. The Sugar Shack by the pool area serves hamburgers, hot dogs and other fun food along with the beverages of your choice. All parking is under roof on the first floor and security is provided at the entry gate. A tennis court and shuffle board are located on the second floor.

Great to-go seafood is located directly across the street for delicious in room dining. Sugar Beach is conveniently located close to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores dining and shopping. The entrance to a beautiful 12 mile paved biking trail thorough the wetlands of Orange Beach is right across the street..so bring your bicycles for a great ride or rent a bike at the entrance. Come enjoy your vacation at the beach..........

Overall great experience. Perfectly located and situated on the beach. Came equipped with all the necessities. I'm in the army abd OCD so nothing will ever be as a clean as i would like 😊

Not well-maintained.
The Sugar Beach complex in general, and the unit we rented in particular, are NOT well-maintained. From a cleanliness standpoint it was just “OK”. It definitely had the feel of an old roadside motel. Other issues I saw I would put in the Safety & Security category. People were friendly enough, but it’s obvious they weren’t working at a top notch property. Could I call it awful? Honestly, no. But for the price (they won't let me say how much), I was expecting a little better than what we found.
