Our home in Pine Mountain Lake is clean, newly redecorated and spacious (all new furniture, washer/dryer and newly painted inside and out) with 2 separate living spaces.

Upstairs is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area (seating for 8) and living area plus 3 bedrooms. There is a sunroom off the master bedroom and a work space in the 2nd bedroom.
Downstairs is a separate living room with private bedroom and full bath.

Outside is a large (approximately 1,000 sq ft) wrap around deck with seating and bbq.

Pine Mountain Lake is a safe/secure gated community. Everybody who enters must have verified access. There are many things to do right in the community itself - such as, horseback riding, golfing, and swimming (plus activity/boating rentals). There are 3 different marinas with a water taxi running between each one (seasonal). The main marina is just a short 0.5/miles from the house. The main marina has a snack bar, bbq areas, grassy area for sunbathing, boat and water activity rentals and volleyball nets.
Yosemite is approximately 40 minutes away to the West gate. Downtown Groveland is a 5 minute car ride from the property. Its main street has shops and restaurants, a library and park.
