Our luxury 2BR condo has spectacular mountain views and is within walking distance to downtown Canmore and all restaurants and amenities. Located 15 min from the Banff National Park Gates, this location makes it a perfect home base for any activity including sightseeing, hiking, skiing, golfing (World Renowned Silver Tip Golf Course is in Canmore) or just relaxing and enjoying the views. This destination is central to all the best the Canadian Rockies has to offer including Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Banff, Icefields Parkway, Kananaskis, Jasper and much much more.

As for the condo itself situated on the 3rd floor, our two balconies offer plenty of sun and a clear, unobstructed view of the 3-Sister Mountain Range. Our two bedroom suite features a gourmet designer kitchen with granite countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances, dining room seating for six, wine fridge, living room with pull out leather couch providing additional sleeping space, flat screen TV's (1 in every room) with complimentary cable, free high speed WIFI, BBQ on balcony and a washer and dryer. The bedroom suites each offer a king bed, with the ability to convert the second bedroom king into 2 twins if desired and there is a safe in each room. The bathrooms are spa-inspired with stone vanities, deep soaking tub and steam shower unit.

Wonderful suite. Beds were comfy, kitchen and supplies were easy to use, bathrooms were clean and modern . Contacting owners was easy and they always responded quickly.

Beautiful and very responsive owner

This is a great 2 bedroom home. Very nicely decorated and furnished. The shower is amazing with water coming from every direction. The second bedroom is quite large - similar to a hotel room with ensuite and a separate entrance. The in house movie theatre is a fun addition and the pool/hottub is a great place for the kids to unwind. We had a few hiccups with check-in and quantity of towels and bedding but the front desk worked it out and the owner was very quick to respond. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nicely located condo, owner great to work with!

Christina was excellent to work with! Friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The property was overall clean and tidy. Our only feedback to the resort is the staff was not overly friendly. While checking in the front desk staff was complaining about guests. My husband tried to go to the gym twice but both times no one was “manning” the gym so it was not opened. Front desk staff said “no one showed up and they couldn’t do anything about it”, there was never any parking at the Aurora designated spots so we always had to park in the bow parking spaces and walk quite far away with 2 little kids. To get to the pool we had to go down the elevator and out through the parking lot! In bare feet. Yuck! The carpets in the condo didn’t look exceptionally clean and the bathroom had burnt out lightbulbs. Having a kitchen was so awesome with kids! A must for travelling for sure!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback Janessa. I am sorry to hear that your experience was not quite up to your expectations. Regarding the staff's conduct, this is totally unacceptable and I have already discussed this with management. He assures me this is not the norm and will be addressed at the upcoming staff meeting. He will also be discussing this issue with those on shift during your stay. Regarding access to the pool, there is a way to access the pool from outside but given the weather conditions it is a plus to be able to access the pool from within. I recommend shoes be worn wherever you go outside your unit. The hallway carpets are scheduled to be cleaned this month so that issue will be addressed and the dishwasher rack was missing a roller which is scheduled to be replaced. Given the busy time of year ( New Years) the parking availability I am sure was challenging and it should be noted that occasionally there are special functions taking place like weddings and conferences which impact the number of parking spaces available. All in all, I hope you enjoyed your stay and I would love to have you and your family back. It was my pleasure to have you in my unit. Once again thank you for the feedback as it gives me the opportunity to continue to find ways to improve the overall customer experience.

Nice condos

The condo was adequate for our group of 6. We liked the furnishings and beds were comfy. We enjoyed having Netflix as well. Bathrooms were finished nicely and we enjoyed the spa-like showers. We found the condo appliances to be hard to operate (the oven) and actually the dishwasher rack was broken for our entire stay. However, we Loved the large fridge and extra wine cooler fridge for all our beverages.

My girlfriend and I had spa appointments and the treatments were fantastic and the spa was really relaxing and upscale.

Amazing family friendly property!

The condo is modern and functional. The furnishings are great. We really appreciated the starter kit left for us with dish soap, coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper and laundry detergent. There is more than enough space for a family. The property is spacious and offers many amenities. We enjoyed eating in while taking in the crisp mountain air and incredible views. The owner was very responsive. Check in was a breeze and underground parking made life much easier. Just a couple of small things to note, the fireplaces are more decorative than anything and you can’t use both the tv in the bedroom and the living room at the same time as they share a signal. There are also only four sets of dishes available so if you’re a larger group this will be a challenge. Thanks so much, this was our best VRBO stay yet! We will definitely be back!!!!

Regarding the TV situation...I was able to look into this further and was told that Solara was in the midst of changing their network. In fact a Shaw technician was on the premises working on this during your stay which impacted usage. I have been assured by maintenance that the issue is resolved. Thanks for the heads up! As for the number of dishes available.....there should be 6 of everything. I have addressed with housekeeping so the issue has been corrected. Again appreciate the feedback.
