Un petit bijou sur les hauteurs de cannes . Le parc saint Paul est un vrai havre de paix . Résidence magnifique avec deux grandes piscines . Endroit très calme . A deux pas de la plage et tout à proximité. Résidence sécurisée avec gardiens 7j /7 . Appartement Équipé superbe , avec une grande terrasse et vue mer . Quel luxe . 15 j de bonheur . Merci à la propriétaire et au gestionnaire

Super séjour dans les hauteurs de Cannes!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, avec une jolie vue de la baie côté terrasse. La résidence est calme et bénéficie de prestations de standing (espaces verts, piscines,...). Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet appartement si l’occasion se présente!

Superbe séjour en famille dans un cadre idyllique
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances en famille avec nos 3 enfants dans un cadre très agréable. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée. Le parc de la résidence est très grand, fleuri et arboré, agrémenté d'espaces de jeux et de deux belles psicines. La vue sur le Cap d'Antibes et les îles de Lérins est magnifique. Un séjour vraiment réussi. Nous espérons revenir très vite ! Logement à conseiller sans aucune hésitation.

En bref : Appartement superbe, Parc sublime, Propriétaire aux petits soins Plus en détails : L'appartement est très spacieux et comporte tout le nécessaire (machine à laver, climatisation, planche à repasser, chaise longues pour la piscine, charriot de courses, ....). La terrasse est agréable. Un arrêt de bus juste devant la propriété permet de se rendre très facilement au Suquet. La propriété et le parking sont clos et donc sécurisés. La piscine est d'une belle grandeur. Les jardins sont fabuleux. La location est très propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire, très aimable, nous a donné de nombreux conseils, toujours pertinents. Restaurants appréciés : Le grand Café, Le Da Bouttau, ... Activités appréciées : Le Suquet, Marineland, Antibes, Gourdon, St Raphaël, St Tropez en bateau depuis St Raphaël, Monaco, .... Location à recommander sans aucun doute !

The apartment, previously owned by my mother, is a small and peaceful haven in a prestigious area, perfect for relaxing and letting loose. I live and work in Paris and use the apartment a few times per year and rent during the rest. A friend of mine in the Cannes region will greet you and be available to assist you during your stay.

Why they chose this property

The apartment building is a favourite among both French and international guests for its park, facilities, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, as well as recreational activities. In a quiet area steps from the hustle and bustle of Cannes, you can easily tour Grasse, Mougins, Biot, Nice, and Monaco. You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a magnificent region filled with many grat things to visit.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very bright and well furnished, with a view of the Park gardens and quick access to pools and tennis courts. The living room terrace has a beautiful view of the green surroundings. The kitchen has a second terrace. The location is ideal for couples with children.
