Spacious one bedroom one bath third floor point unit condo with unobstructed view of the ocean and topsail beach from our newly finished balcony. This is Ocean front!! The unit comes with well equipped kitchen and linens . If you are looking for a place and enjoy the ocean living. This is the right place for you. For your convenience

Great little condo
The description of this condo is 100% accurate. You do have to walk up three flights of stairs, you do have water coming right up to and past the stairs multiple times per day. The condo was clean and comfortable. The AC units work great. We had a small hickup with the fridge handle being broken which they advised us of before we arrived. They said that they'd fix it the next day and did not, but it wasn't that big a deal. The views of the ocean are great. Can't quite see the sun rise from the balcony, but you can from the beach just out in front. High winds all along topsail and waves are strong but not overpowering. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy with a million dollar view
My husband and I wanted an easy and quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of real life and this property was perfect from beginning to end! The furniture was comfortable, the space was clean and I never wanted to leave the balcony. That view... there are not enough words! Thank you for sharing your space with us!
