THE DECOR THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE SELECTED IS WESTERN, SOUTHWEST AND NATIVE AMERICAN DECOR. THE YARD AND PATIO ARE SURROUNDED BY A PRIVACY FENCE. THERE IS A VIEW OF THUNDER MOUNTAIN FROM THE PATIO WHERE YOU CAN BBQ YOUR STEAK AND ENJOY WINE FROM ONE OF THE LOCAL WINERIES.

THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO (OR WALKING DISTANCE) TO 8 PLUS RESTAURANTS FROM SANDWICH SHOP TO FANCY ITALIAN.

THERE IS A LARGE CHAIN GROCERY STORE AND MOVIE THEATRE ALSO WITHIN A 5 MINUTE DRIVE . YOU CAN WALK A BLOCK TO CATCH A BUS TO DOWNTOWN TO ALL THE SHOPS, MORE RESTAURANTS AND TOURS OF THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDING AREA.

IF YOU WANT TO GET A FEEL FOR THE AREA GO TO SOME GARAGE AND ESTATE SALES, THERE YOU WILL SEE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOMES AND GET SOME GREAT DEALS.

FROM OUR HOME YOU CAN GO TO THE TOWN OF JEROME-AN OLD MINING TOWN THAT IS NOW A SORT OF ARTISTS COLONY, WHILE YOUR THERE GO THE OLD HAUNTED HOSPITAL CALLED THE ASYLUM AND HAVE LUNCH WHILE LOOKING OVER THE VERDE VALLEY AND THE CITY OF JEROME.

THERE ARE MANY HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS IN AND AROUND SEDONA AND YOU WILL SEE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SCENERY ANYWHERE. YOU CAN FIND HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS FROM EASY TO EXTREME. THERE ARE WINERIES CLOSE BY FOR TOURS AND SAMPLING.

Lovely home well appointed
Very nice home, nice location and super nice master bedroom. Everything was very well kept with all the things you needed to make a nice diner. Hosts were responsive.

It was the perfect location to stay…Jim and Lorene’s home is very nice and is in a quiet area of Sedona The house was more than adequate for the 2 of us and the yard was very private. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet serene stay One recommendation we thought of was perhaps a recycling bin - we took all our recycling into town and there is a recycling center within minutes of the home. We did drink bottled water (thank you for providing the bottles of water) It was recommended to us not to drink the tap water. Great stay - we would definitely come back

Great location, everything we needed was very close by. The home was very tidy and new.
We had never been to Sedona. West Sedona is the best area to stay in. The home was very clean. You can eat outside and enjoy the view of the red rocks. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions.

Huge home - newly remodeled
Beautiful setting, and the home much larger than we expected, the office was a very nice touch and made it easy to work without being disturbed. Everything was very clean and super comfy. Absolutely loved the fireplace! Thanks for being such attentive hosts.

Beautiful home with amazing views
The home is like new. The hosts were incredible from start to finish. Home is near several great trails. The neighborhood is quaint. We would choose this home again if visiting Sedona in the future.

MY WIFE IS FROM A SMALL TOWN IN NEBR CALLED ANSELMO AND I'M FROM A SMALL TOWN IN IOWA CALLED CRESCO. WE MARRIED IN OMAHA, NEBR AND AFTER MY SERVICE IN THE USAF AND 4 YEARS AT THE UNIV OF NEBR AT OMAHA WE MOVED TO PHOENIX, AZ AND HAVE LIVED IN PHOENIX, FLAGSTAFF, BULLHEAD CITY, CAMP VERDE, SURPRISE AND SEDONA. WE OWNED THE SEDONA PROPERTY HAD A RENTAL HOME ON IT THAT WAS GETTING VERY OLD SO WE DECIDED TO DEMOLISH IT AND PUT IN A NEW HOME WHERE WE COULD RETIRE TO. LIVING IN SEDONA IS LIKE LOOKING A 3-D PICTURE EVERY TIME YOU WALK OUTSIDE. ITS JUST AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE OR VISIT.
