This 3,300 square feet beautiful property is located in Quinta del Mar Luxury Condominiums, which is a private property resort with complete 24 hr. security, in Bahia de Banderas, (Nuevo Vallarta), Nayarit.

On this modern condo you will relax on your private terrace and enjoy beachfront living, fabulous sunsets and great views of the Pacific Ocean.

Located on the first (ground) floor, this beautiful condo has a 900 square feet terrace, near the gardens, a few feet from the pool, and a few more feet from the beach.

Very well located, Quinta del Mar is really close from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, hospitals, and with an easy drive to Puerto Vallarta.

This modern, luxury condo is a 2-bedroom suite and it’s fully air conditioned, marble floors, well-equipped with everything you might need for a most enjoyable and luxurious vacation experience, perfect to accommodate up to 6 people

The master suite has a king bed, a spacious closet, equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, and satellite cable system, its own private and well illuminated bathroom with a jetted bathtub, separate shower, and double-sink. From this suite you will enjoy a stunning view of the pool and the ocean.

The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds, a coach, a spacious walk-in closet and a wonderful view of the ocean. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a dressing room, magnificent furniture, and a double-sink.

Third complete bathroom has marble shower, sink, and furniture.

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, highest quality materials, granite counter tops, 7-seat dining bar-table, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, stove, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, coffee mugs, pots, pans and covers, salad bowls, etc.

Dining room has a dining table that seats up to ten people.

The condo provides a completely furnished spacious living room, where you can relax with a great view of Bahia de Banderas.

A washer/dryer is also installed in this condo for your convenience.

There is a huge size outdoor pool, terraces, and gardens.

Parking for two vehicles.

The owner provides housekeeping service (twice a week), gardener, and pool maintenance service.

Family Beachfront Vacation
Excellent property and location. Beachfront walk to Bucerias, convenient to grocery mega store and excellent restaurants surround Quinta del Mar. Gate security and private property.

Beautiful property and lovely people. Luis, Sergio and Catalina all excellent and very helpful - five stars for Luis, and Catalina did an excellent job cleaning our unit. It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet in the condo explaining things such as where to put the garbage, access to beach, use of induction stove top, etc. otherwise all good and we really enjoyed our stay at Quinta del Mar.

Stunning condo!
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this condo is perfect. This is not a resort, there are no activities or food. It is mainly owners at this complex. Owners are very friendly. The beach in front of the complex is beautiful, soft and clean (some occasional horse poop). We had the beach to ourselves every day. Pros Very spacious Lots of light Various dining and lounging areas 3 bathrooms Deck was huge and also had 2 separate eating areas and a variety of lounging areas. Very clean with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer LOTS of plates but limited cutlery Lots of glasses, including wine glasses. Most were poetic which was good consisting the marble floor. Security was helpful and friendly. Quick response from owner while we were there and had questions Beach chairs and umbrellas Cons Beds in 2nd very hard and uncomfortable No "information sheet" for guests. This would be helpful to understand Do's and Don't's with the condo property, access to the beach (had to ask a neighbour for it), schedule of cleaning lady, nearby restaurants and food stores, how/where to get bottled water, what you need to supply (ex dishwasher soap, bar soap etc), location of bike racks. A drying rack would be helpful. No phone on the condo. Microwave tripped the breaker a number of times for no apparent reason. Photos of this condo do not do it justice. It is huge and stunning. Very well decorated and stocked. Lots of seating areas in and outside the condo. Steps to the pool and beach. Both bedrooms are large with sliding doors to the deck. Water in the complex is filtered and Teresa had filtered water installed in kitchen. We drank that water and used the ice cubes, no problems. Pool is a little chilly but beautiful. Beach chairs around pool and look it over the beach. We rented bikes from Vallarta Bikes (there are 2 bike racks on the property) and biked to all shopping and meals. Things not mentioned in listing: There are beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Beach towels were provided. No beach toys.

Quinta Del Mar stay
Overall property/ location was outstanding with incredible sunsets with walk out to the pool / beach. All the amenities were as listed. The only reason the rating isn't 5 stars is a few things could /need to be improved upon - such as better mattresses ( very firm and poor), improved shower heads and actual wine glasses. Otherwise an outstanding property.

Jorge and I have been married for 40 years and we both love spending time with our family at the beach, and we don't think there is a better place to do it, than Nuevo Vallarta.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to have a vacation place where our family could spend time together, we couldn't find a better place than Quinta del Mar, it was everything we were looking for. It's the perfect place to enjoy and relax near the beach during the day, and have a dinner in one of the many nearby restaurants at night.

The views from our condo are awesome, relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the area.
