Apt.Mar-A-Vista (Sea View) is situated within the St James Apartment complex situated on the west side of the charming small town of Praia da Luz. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants, and lovely sandy beach is a few minutes walk away.

The glorious large sandy beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is 10 minutes drive away.

There is a children's play area with a range of adventure equipment with safety flooring throughout. There are two large pools available, one for adults and one for children, both having ample terrace space for sun bathing, and landscaped gardens around.

Apart. Mar-a-Vista is a spacious first floor, air conditioned (bedroom and dining room) apartment and has a fully fitted separate kitchen breakfast with marble worktops, and is equipped with full cooker and hob, built in dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The large comfortable sitting / dining room has access to a big balcony with superb ocean views and is equipped with TV (Portuguese channels) & WIFI. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room allowing for 2 children or 1 adult so the apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people.

There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower over.
The bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and further access to the wide balcony.

There is lift access to the apartment and ample parking space adjacent.

Muito bom!
Tudo ótimo, desde localização, check-in, limpeza, condomínio, espaço do apartamento. Apenas uma crítica em relação à cozinha, que não está muito bem equipada. Tem forno, máquinas de lavar roupa e louça, o que é ótimo, mas não tem um microondas (!!!). Também não há varinha mágica (não consegui fazer sopa para as crianças, tive de comprar sempre). Faltam, também, alguns utensílios menores na cozinha (colher de pau, facas de cortar). De qualquer modo, ótima estadia, as (pequenas) falhas são facilmente resolvidas e recomendo vivamente.

Superbe semaine
Appartement très spacieux et très agréable avec vue sur mer. Résidence calme et Luz est Familial. Climatisation dans l'appartement très appréciable et superbe piscine. J recommande vivement pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Very good apartment
The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you need in kitchen , all utensils etc included. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Just a few more hangers would’ve been good but managed anyway. Lovely view to sea. A short walk to beach. Local bars close by. The shower head was broken when we arrived, we reported it and it was repaired the following morning. Excellent service.
