This is one of Irvine's great resort style communities located just walking distance from the Irvine Spectrum shopping center. The community has on site cleaners, salon, Starbucks ,cafe on the lawn , computer business center, village Market that has a full kitchen and a large variety of food they will deliver to your door ! Here you will find 3 fitness centers with free yoga,zumba and spin classes. 3 large saltwater pools and dont ever have to leave the community everything is here.
The space

The apartment is located on 4th floor Wich is the top floor close to the gym and the pool just right downstairs. Very clean cozy living space one bedroom with queen size Memory Foam bed in the bedroom sleeps two comfortably and queen size sofa sleeper sleeps two comfortably. Upstairs in the loft area you will find a desk and twin size bed for guests !

The apartment is equipped with all you need for cooking including a NutruBullet spice rack and Keurig coffee machine. In the bathroom you will find all of the essentials shampoo conditioner soap and a luxury rainfall shower with handheld attachment. All towels and linens provided.

Guest access

You will be able to access everything during your stay including all the fitness classes for free, three pools ,Three Gyms and two clubhouses with game room.

The property was beautifully manicured inside & out. We had very clear instructions for everything.
Lovely condo and complex. Great location. We were able to walk to Irvine Spectrum Mall. Decor inside was not quite my taste but I prefer comfortable to sharp looking. Everything D & J listed about the condo was true. They had laundry supplies, dish supplies, showering supplies, basic kitchen necessities. It truly is a lovely place. We still never found the 3rd pool or which one was the heated pool. Alas, maybe next time.

I love to travel and have fun. I decided to rent my place when I travel so that others can have a nice safe place to come and enjoy all this property has to offer. When I travel I use vbro and wanted to be a part of that experience.

Why they chose this property

I love this property because it is unique and close to everything with the resort feel here. My favorite thing about our complex is that there is a huge lawn in the middle you can lounge or watch people play volley ball or soccer. The cafe on the lawn is a great place to relax with live music weekly.This truly is a beautiful place to live.

What makes this property unique

The best thing about this complex is the convenience of it all. There is a Market located in the complex which will deliver hot food to your door as well as groceries. There is a shuttle that goes to the Spectrum complimentary. This is the place to be whether you're on vacation or business trip.
