Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, ideal for children, but big enough to have privacy, Praia Verde. 35 minutes from Faro.
The house is in the private condominium with 24 hour security, next to the beach, in a pine forest, and has a magnificent view of the pine forest and ocean.
It is a house of recent construction, but in typical moth of the Algarve.
The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning.

Level 0: Garden, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, toilet support, terrace with drainage;
Floor 1: 2 double rooms, 1 room with 2 beds and two mattresses, WC with bathtub and 2 washbasins;
2nd floor: Terrace with Jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area and hammocks to relax. Retractable cover.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi available by charging.

Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen (es gibt einen etwas versteckten aber sehr schönen, gepflegten Fußweg entlang einiger Teiche durch den Wald). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag braucht und war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, lud aber auch zum verweilen und entspannen auf der Dachterrasse ein, die einen tollen Ausblick über die Bäume bietet. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Top! dakterras met mooi uitzicht
Geschakelde 2-laags hoekwoning met een dakterras waar het uitzicht over de dennenbossen en steden richting westen prachtig is. Ook meermalen genoten van de jacuzzi! De ligging in de villawijk aan het Praia Verde strand (800 m van de strandopgang) is prima en rustig, maar een auto is wel aan te raden. Het onderhoud en schoonmaak laat hier en daar wat te wensen over, allemaal niet rampzalig maar zou net even beter kunnen. Internet is uitstekend, helaas geen WiFi bereik op het dakterras. De woning is enigszins gehorig. De keuken uitrusting is voldoende, Als we weer in deze hoek van Portugal zullen verblijven, komen we vast in deze woning terug!
