The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel has just received the price of the MOST BEAUTIFUL GITE DE FRANCE 2015.
Dated twelfth century and rebuilt in the XV, it is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey founded in 1152 Bellebranche. Located in the municipality of Saint-Brice in South Mayenne, the site provides a framework Bellebranche prestigious and rare life, in a landscape of peace, surrounded by ponds, removed from the world of sounds. Recently restored, highlighting the purity of Cistercian architecture, St. Michel Tour is an island of serenity. Their owners about their work are great travelers, have attempted to reproduce an art of living in a clean warm and comfortable decor. The building of a 140m2 area is organized on three levels around the original staircase. A living room with a magnificent fifteenth fireplace. A contemporary kitchen. On the first floor, one bedroom alternating design and tradition, with bathroom and separate toilet. On the top floor, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom / shower and separate toilet. The emphasis is on the quality of materials, linens, bedding ... TV and WiFi.
By opening this location, Claudine and Cyril Turner Ison want to share some of their universe, related to travel and photography. St.-Michel also serves as a permanent exhibition where each photo displayed may be gained by those who wish.
15m lap pool 3m has been built near the tower. A fitness room is provided. Footpaths crossing the site of the abbey and forest Bellebranche; bicycles; Pond; Riding 2 minutes; golf at 10km.

Very interesting
After visiting the Chateauxs and Abbeys in Loire Valley, we actually got to overnite (3days) in one. Very interesting, big and accommodating with outdoor pool in extremely private setting. Claudine was most accommodating and kind. Great stay

Historisches Ambiente mit ausgesuchter Liebe zum Detail, Ruhe, Weite & Gelassenheit, Gebrauchsspuren
Ein Flecken mit Historie, viel Land drumherum, ein ausgesuchtes Ruheerlebnis, hinter dicken Mauern, im ausgesprochen liebevoll restaurierten Turm. Historische Baustoffe, durchdachte Beleuchtung, Fotos des Tour, aufgezogen auf Alu - Dibond, zu sehen im stehen auf Pflastersteinen, auf dem Bett liegend mitten im Saal, oder aus der freihstehenden Badewanne heraus , verleihen ein Ambiente, dass derjenige, dieses suchend, es in Bellebranche tatsächlich findet. Balken, Kamin, Simse und Nischen, viel Land davor, ein grosser Pool & keine Menschen...alles bei ordentlich W - Lan in zumindest 2 Etagen. Altes muss so sein, einige der neueren, durchaus hochwertigen Einrichtungen, wirken bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht hundertprozentig keimfrei ( u.a. Küche). Schauen Sie es sich an!
