Queens Grant E-216 - Oceanfront Condo - Community Pool, Playground, Day Docks

This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of E-216 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage and day dock.

This scerene updated condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. Enter the unit into a small foyer; the laundry room will be directly to your right, a hallway to the rest of the condo lies to your left.The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs with bar seating, perfect for keeping the cook company. A dining table with seating for four sits directly in front of the kitchen. 

At the back of the condo is the living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and sliding doors out to the oceanfront deck. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional Guests. To the right of the living area are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ocean side and has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the oceanfront deck and a private en suite full bathroom. At the opposite end of the hallway is the other bedroom. Bedroom two has a two twin beds and private access to the soundside deck. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.  

Here, enjoy two fabulous decks, one with ocean and one with sound views, allowing for you to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset without leaving your condo. This entire property is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. This condo also offers PRIVATE wireless internet.

Queen's Grant HOA Regulations: Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street. Smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or electronic cigarette usage or “vaping” is not permitted by any renter on any outside deck directly attached to a unit or stairs or landings leading to units.

Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

TRIP PREPARATION:
Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys? or door codes? will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.

Wonderful October Getaway
The weather was perfect. Great time to enjoy some relaxing island life without the crowds. The condo had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the ocean view and sounds.

A Slice of Heaven
A really nice older established property that is well maintained and very quiet. Location was excellent! We were able to get to the main bridge in Surf City quickly. We ate a variety of local food every night and we were not disappointed. Beautiful ocean front views with a large partially covered deck to block the afternoon sun and a little rain. Beach was gorgeous and we had it to ourselves most of our days there. We will stay here again in the very near future!

Great stay at Queen’s Grant.
The unit was very clean and in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking to downtown Topsail Beach via the beach and bike path. Also, enjoyed fishing on the sound side of Queen’s Grant at the end of the canals. Would stay there again.
