About this property

Gite labelised 3 épis, with swimming pool, in a village near CITE de CARCASSONNE

House of village, adjoining our home, located in the village center, close to local shops (bakery, mini market, bar / restaurant are 50 m) in a courtyard completely closed. Parking is provided for two vehicles, including 1 under shelter, the property has a walled garden and you can if you wish, enjoy the shared pool with us. It is a house on 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, facing south with stunning views of the plain, western corbières and further afield, the Pyrenees. The garden level consists of a large open room with kitchen, dining area and living room. A bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The attached cellar can be used as a bicycle shed.
The pool (salt) is a hull of 7. 5x3. 6 depth 1. 5m
 With a staircase, electrolysis treatment and automatic PH regulation. It is secured by a barrier tarpaulin and a standard fence with gate.
A dining area is set outside on a terrace or barbecue area.
The southern exposure, you will enjoy the maximum of sunshine whether in the house or in the garden.
For mountain bikers you can see some traces at the start of the cottage by putting Mestrum 11 in the search bar you tube

Super séjour!
Tout était au top : logement, piscine, terrasse, barbecue, équipement, rien à redire. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympatiques et soucieux de notre bien-être. Village au calme avec une très bonne boulangerie à 50m! Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci à Thierry et Aline.

Belle découverte
Gîte très agréable et bien équipé pour un séjour familial. Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à volonté, sans restriction d' horaires, c'est un plus ! Bonne boulangerie à 50M du gîte Nous reviendrons car la région est une belle découverte
