Happy Days, Beautiful Central Juan Les Pins Apartment, close to beach and shops

This beautiful holiday apartment is located 200 metres from the beach and just a few minutes walk from the best restaurant and shopping streets in Juan Les Pins. Having been completely renovated in 2013, it features a fully equipped modern kitchen in addition to all new furnishings , wifi, and a flat-screen TV and DVD player with an enormous video library. Located on the top floor of a quaint 3-storey 1930's building, (no elevator, so please bear in mind if you have a problem with stairs! ) the apartment's high ceilings and southern exposure provide for a bright and airy feeling throughout the unit. The apartment's design includes an open-concept floor plan with a 5-person dining area which is adjacent to a comfortable and spacious lounge. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need during your stay including a dishwasher , washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster , blender, toasted sandwich maker, and all the required crockery. There are 2 bedrooms facing south; a double bed with TV in one room and a single bunk over full bed in the other. We have recently installed air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in every room.
There is a lovely shady children's playground within a beautiful public garden just 100m away and the supermarkets are equidistant at about 200m. Just minutes from the apartment, and right beside the public beaches is an endless array of restaurants where you can dine on the delicious French cuisine while simultaneously massaging your feet in the soft and beautiful sand or stroll through the nightly artisanal markets. Hiring a car is not a necessity during your stay as the bus stop is 100 metres away while the train station is less than a 5 minute walk. Either of these options will take you practically anywhere you may want to go.

Fabulous
Stayed here for two weeks! Is in a great location, close to the beach, train station and the centre of Juan les Pins. Also with a supermarket just around the corner and was given a safe place to store my bicycle. The apartment was clean and very spacious and very well furnished with everything we needed. Great place, would stay again and would defiantly recommend !!

The perfect place to stay!
A lovely apartment! It is very well equipped, it is clean and you have walking distance to everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful, she is always at your service. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay in Juan Les Pins. We loved it!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property in 2012, and have since had lots of fun (and hard work!) renovating it, transitioning it into a modern home, but maintaining touches of the original 1930' We have made it into a home that we would love to stay in, without the clutter of everyday life! We fell in love with the high ceilings, the french windows and the lovely little building it is in. When we found out the name of the building (Happy Days) we knew it was just perfect for us. Our neighbours in the building are all so friendly, what a bonus! And of course the location, a perfect summer holiday spot!
