Please note there is a 10 foot retaining wall on the property (see photos) therefore this property may not be suitable for young children. Backyard features two picnic tables, grill, and firepit. Two kayaks available for rent at an additional charge. Walk to two town beaches, Mill Park Falls, library, antique store, market, post office, tennis courts and Adirondack Folk School.

Nearby activities include horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting, lazy river tubing, mini-golf, parasailing, Lake Luzerne Music Center, Fort William Henry Museum, Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park, Factory Outlets of Lake George, Waterslide World, Prospect Mountain and Mini Ha Ha Steamboat Cruise. Fifteen minutes from Lake George. Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Race Track are only a half hour away.
