Favorite apartment in the old villle with private parking

Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only.

Renovated apartment with private parking in the heart of the old town of Annecy. Charm and authenticity for this 3 rooms perfectly equipped. You are 2 minutes from Lake, 1 minute from the castle and 5 minutes from the station. All the shops are at the foot of the apartment. The linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. The apartment has an internet connection Wifi.
All charges are included (water and electricity included) in the rent
For the household you have the opportunity to do it yourself if there is a package for 50 €.
A security deposit of 300 € against possible damages will be asked on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure.
The deposit can be paid cash (cash) or through a check that is not cashed.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Annecy, appartement très bien situé en centre ville dans la rue piétonne et très bien insonorisé à proximité du lac et des promenades. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute.
