There is a 32in LED flat screen Smart TV in bedroom and 50in LED Smart TV in living room.
Both TV's have Netflix.
Free private WIFI in unit.

I have taken great care to renovate this property as though I would live there myself, so no shortcuts were taken!

Being on ground floor means no waiting for elevators; Just walk out sliding glass door and you're lounging at the pool or relaxing on the beach!.
Bonus... Ground floor also affords my guests quick access to the Sunbird laundry facilities which are also located on the same level directly across from elevators.

***Guest is responsible for purchasing a Parking Pass ($30.00+ tax) and Wrist Bands ($6.00+ tax each). These items are to be purchased at the onsite Owners Office upon your arrival.

***RESERVATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID and a list of ALL occupants with their ages is sent to Owner via text or email within 24 HOURS OF BOOKING****** (My contact info will be provided upon booking)
If the requested information is not provided to Owner within 24 hours of booking, your reservation may be cancelled with no further notice from Owner.

Renter MUST be minimum 25 years of age and be staying in the condo during the reserved dates. IDs will be checked. This Guest will be responsible for their actions as well as their guests during their stay.
NO SMOKING inside condo or any other areas on property designated as non-smoking areas*.
No Pets.
No use of illegal drugs on property.
Any other conduct prohibited by Condominium Association.
BREAKING ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL RENT PAYMENTS AND YOUR DEPOSIT!
*IF SMOKING INSIDE UNIT IS DETECTED, YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $750.00 FOR ODOR REMOVAL!
