Located on the garden island of Kauai on it’s lovely east side Coconut Coast, our second floor 1BR Plantation Hale condo is beautifully appointed in Hawaiian style offering guests a tropical 'sense of place' to help transform and refresh one's spirit, mind and body. Featuring mountain view to the west and ocean view to the east, with easy beach access, King bedding, full bath, private lanai off living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing living room with flat screen TV. This unit can accommodate 2-4 guests, making it perfect for your memorable Hawaiian retreat. In the complex there is plenty of complimentary parking, three swimming pools, two hot tubs, barbeque grill/picnic area, common area computer work station, and coin-op guest washer/dryer. Also close by are plenty of restaurants and bars, world famous beaches great for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking and standup paddleboarding. Centered nicely on the island with easy access to the north shore, the south shore, shopping, scenic ocean front trails, live entertainment, waterfalls and lots of other things to see and do.

Kauai Get Away
I would say it looked nicer than the pictures and had all the necessary supplies to make our stay comfortable. There is some signs of the humid environment on a couple of the mirrors but everything was in good shape and clean. While we were there the white wall that some people had mentioned previously was taken down offering unobstructed views of the water front even when walking on the sidewalk which was nice. There is a nice shopping and dining center right at the edge of the property which is a short walk from this unit and you are literally right outside of the town site for more shopping and restaurant options. We had several rainy days while we were there so appreciated the hot tub to use when not going to the beach. No complaints from us as we would stay again.

Unbelievable location
The condo is in a perfect location within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was outstanding! Will definitely return to this place on our next trip back to Kauai!

Una settimana ben spesa, unità immobiliare ben arredata con tante dotazioni, però il materasso del letto troppo morbido. C'è anche piscina condominiale con hot tube, purtroppo mai utilizzata causa orari a noi inadeguati. Posto auto scoperto ok. Bel posto. Bell'isola. Tutto ok.

After years of traveling from the mainland to Kauai for vacation, we decided it is time to become more committed to the ocean lifestyle my wife and I both love. With a mother born and raised on the island of Bermuda, my love for island life started early with trips there to visit my grandparents. And my wife, a 'left-coaster', spent her youth daytripping to Oregon's beautiful Pacific Coast. Living in a winter destination such as Park City Utah for 30 years, with lots of snow for great skiing, we ventured to sun and sand for more summer.

Why they chose this property

Kauai's coconut coast is the location dreams are made of and our condo is situated in the heart of this very special place. It is close to all the island has to offer, from beautiful beaches to scenic golf courses, breathtaking waterfalls, Kauai has it all. And, it is nice that our cousin lives in Kapa'a so that we can be close to ohana.

What makes this property unique

From the moment I walked into this condo, I felt like I was in Hawaii. A feeling I did not feel when looking at more than a dozen properties on the north shore, the south shore and all around the east side. When I go to Hawaii I don't want my surroundings to feel like Anywhere, USA. I want to know I am in Hawaii when I wake up and too many property's felt generic. We chose this one because of how it made us feel when we saw it for the first time. We are blessed to have this Plantation Hale condo as an island getaway.
