Islander Condo #114 is a West View, Gold Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the balcony steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is recently renovated, with new GE stainless steel appliances including double door refrigerator and ice in the door, new granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the newly reupholstered dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 47” Smart TV with digital cable access and a Streaming Blue Ray player. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, new mattress, and a 28" TV with a Streaming Blue Ray player. The bathroom has updated vanity, countertops, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized sleigh beds with modern furnishings and a 24” TV with a VCR. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and countertops. The flooring is new throughout the condo.

Enjoy your ground floor patio overlooking the pool and shuffleboard court.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.
