Tourist Villa with tourist license number ET / 89 in Cala Blanca-Ciutadella de Menorca and a few meters from the beach of fine white sand and 4 km. from Ciutadella.
Ground floor villa in a very quiet area, ideal for families with children or to rest and relax.
Completely renovated the interior and exterior on May 2 015 with new kitchen and new bathroom.
Large terrace with private pool, solarium and outdoor construction barbecue. 3 x 3 meter wooden pergola with table for lunch or dinner al fresco.
The main room with a large bed, closets, safe and en suite bathroom. All rooms have closets and fan.
The other room with a double bed and the room with 2 single beds share a bathroom.
At 400 meters from the villa there is a resort with restaurants, bars, Irish pub, bakery, souvenirs, supermarket, etc.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Blanca is about 500 meters from the villa.
Regular bus and taxi service to Cala Blanca from Ciutadella,
and from Mahón airport.

Home sweet home
Exceptional location with a terrace that gave us beautiful sunsets. The villa is as it appears in the ad, an elegant residential area by the sea. The swimming pool is the perfect treat after a day at the beach. If we were to return to Menorca we would not look for accommodation other than the one on offer

Gelebt auf einem Ameisenhügel!
Angekommen waren wir erschrocken das in jedem Raum die Farbe und der Putz von Wand und Decke fiel! Zudem fanden wir überall versteckt Insektenfallen. Nun biste auf der Insel und kommst nicht mehr so schnell runter. Ca. 1-2 Stunden später wurden wir ebenfalls in jedem Raum, auf jedem Tisch, in jedem Behältniss von Ameisen überrascht und das Tag und Nacht. Die kamen aus den Fugen am Boden und den Wänden. Glauben sie uns, wir sind recht hygienisch unterwegs. Es war für meinen Mann einfach nur grauenhaft, so das wir am gleichen Abend eine Fluchtmöglichkeit von der Insel suchten was einfach unmöglich war. Vom Vermieter wurde trotz Nachfrage der Pool mit 8x4 Metern angegeben. Das war leider gelogen. Es sind 6x3 Meter. Bei einem Gewitter mussten wir zudem noch erleben, das daß Wasser überall reinkommt... durch die Decke und durch die Wände... wir konnten Handy und Laptop gerade noch retten. Die Insel ist Klasse... das Domizil erinnerte an "Pappillon" mit Steve McQueen. When we arrived, we were shocked to see the paint and plaster falling off the walls and ceiling in every room! We also found hidden insect traps everywhere. Now you're on the island and can't get down any more quickly. About 1-2 hours later, we were also surprised by ants in every room, on every table, in every container, day and night. They came out of the joints on the floor and the walls. Believe us, we are quite hygienic on the road. It was just horrible for my husband, so that we looked for a way to escape from the island the same evening, which was simply impossible. Despite asking, the landlord said the pool was 8x4 metres. Unfortunately, that was a lie. It is 6x3 metres. During a thunderstorm we had to experience that water came in everywhere... through the ceiling and through the walls... we could just save our mobile phone and laptop. The island is great... the domicile reminded us of "Pappillon" with Steve McQueen.
