The house is located in the countryside among olive groves in a quiet but not isolated (the presence of about a dozen houses in the immediate vicinity) and is 2 km away from the sea. The nearest beach is Lido Marini on the Ionian coast, in a radius of about 10 km, the sandy beaches of Pescoluse be reached (where the famous beach club 'The Maldives of Salento'), Torre Pali, Old Place (are all the municipality of Salve marine who also for 2016 have been awarded the international blue flag award) and Torre Mozza. And 'possible to carry out fishing, various excursions by boat, excursions and cultural nature, also in July and August you can attend the numerous festivals organized in neighboring countries with music and tasting of typical dishes.
Geographically located on the Ionic along the road from Presicce Lido Marini and Torre Pali. The particular location allows it easy to reach the most popular holiday destinations. It is within about 15 miles from Santa Maria di Leuca, 30 km from Gallipoli, 40 km from Otranto, 65 from Lecce.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato in questa splendida casa di campagna dal 9 al 28 agosto con due bambini di 9 e 5 anni. Le foto non rendono la bellezza dell'abitazione e tutto il contesto attorno. Casa funzionale con tutto il necessario, posizione tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte vicina dal mare. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e cordialissimi non mi è mai capitato di trovarne così. Grazie per lo splendido soggiorno!

MAGNIFICA
Le Foto nell'annuncio non rendono quanto sia bella l'abitazione, confortevole e vivibile in tutte le sue parti. La pulizia della casa impeccabile, tutto in ottimo stato, tutto Nuovo, la proprietaria LINA Super Gentile e Disponibilissima in Tutto assieme ai suoi Genitori, un servizio impeccabile. Lo consiglio a Tutti, l'abitazione si Trova a 1500 metri dal Mare di Lido Marini, immerso nel verde degli ulivi e nella Pace più assoluta. Una Vacanza meravigliosa con Mia Moglie e la mia Piccola di 4 anni. Grazie di Cuore di Tutto.

VACANZA DA SOGNO IN SALENTO
Abbiamo trascorso due meravigliose settimane (le ultime di luglio) in questa bellissima casa immersa nella quiete più assoluta della campagna e nello stesso tempo molto vicina al mare (5 minuti di auto). Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria e sua madre ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e calore, facendoci anche trovare bibite fresche, frutta, verdura ed alcuni prodotti tipici, e questo che ci ha fatto veramente molto piacere. Durante tutto il nostro soggiorno la signora Lina è stata molto disponibile ed I suoi genitori, che sono venuti più volte la sera per annaffiare l'orto si sono premurati di non farci mancare frutta e verdura e ci hanno addirittura fatto assaggiare vino e olio di loro produzione. La casa era pulitissima, con lenzuola e biancheria profumate. Le stanze, spaziose e fresche, ci hanno permesso di sistemarci comodamente (eravamo in cinque: io, mio marito e tre bambini piccoli) e di riposare bene la notte. L'ampio porticato esterno, attrezzato e riparato dal sole, ci ha consentito di pranzare e cenare fuori. Gli spazi sia interni che esterni erano piacevolmente vivibili e sfruttabili in assoluta sicurezza anche da parte dei bambini (i nostri sono rimasti entusiasti della casa e della campagna circostante ed hanno giocato e corso con nostra piena tranquillità). La terrazza sopra la casa (protetta da un cancello per evitare l'accesso autonomo da parte dei bambini) è stata poi una bella sorpresa: consentiva di godere del panorama fino al mare ed era anche molto utile per stendere la biancheria (che nel clima secco del luogo asciugava anche di notte!). La località di mare più vicina, Lido Marini; è dotata di tutti i servizi (escluso il bancomat per il quale è necessario recarsi a Presicce). All'ingresso del paese c'è una pasticceria/gelateria rinomata e con prodotti ottimi. Insomma, è stata una sistemazione eccellente per una bellissima vacanza! Paola-Pistoia

La descrizione della casa è aderente alla realtà, peccato dalle foto non si possa apprezzare il silenzio e il senso di pace che si provano soggiornando. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa profumata, pulita e in ottime condizioni. Addirittura in frigo bevande e frutta, nonché prodotti tipici ad accoglierci e a preannunciarci la calda accoglienza ricevuta. La proprietaria oltre ad accoglierci in modo cordiale e a rendersi disponibile in caso di necessità si è anche accertata che tutto fosse a posto e tranquillo durante il soggiorno. Cosa volere di più. In auto è tutto molto vicino e raggiungibile in poco tempo. C'è la tranquillità di essere fuori dal caos, ma la comodità di raggiungerlo al bisogno. La presenza della doccia esterna (si accede al secondo bagno dall’esterno, ma il locale è chiuso) è stata molto apprezzata, si arriva dalla spiaggia insabbiati ma non si trascina la sabbia per casa! Abbiamo avuto bisogno di adattarci al boiler, ma è sufficiente prenderci la mano (a meno che non si sia già esperti). Direi casa perfetta e vacanza perfetta!
