The original brick floors have been finished to add an attractive shine that complements the modern decor. The spacious bedroom is located off the entry hall with ample storage space and Queen size bed. Enjoy a full size bath with standing shower at the end of the hall. The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the culinary tools and appliances you're used to having at home. The true gem of this home is the expansive, shared courtyard - perfect for a quiet start or end to your day.

This unit has on-street, metered parking. Meters are monitored by the City of Savannah, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. You do not need to pay the meters on Sunday. My friend thought it was the most comfortable bed he's slept on! There was only one coffee packet. I wished there had been one for each one of the days we booked.

Comfy Apartment in a Historic Neighborhood
The apartment was reasonably priced, very comfortable, and in a lovely historic building. It was also within easy walking distance of some of Savannah‘s beautiful historic squares, which are hallmarks of the city. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see, including some incredible restaurants. We would definitely stay in this home again. :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outdated, simply smelled musty. Great location, quiet little outside eating space. Couch is simply awful. Overall I’m giving a 4 due to location, etc. Space was clean and nice, but the smell was overpowering. Maybe it was due to recent rain? My clothes smelled musty just from 4 days there. I recommend using the spray we left or purchase your own Lysol to try to kill the smell. Bedroom was comfy and nice tho. Good amount of kitchen utensils, etc.
