Just, meh...
I try really hard not to give negative reviews but I think it's important to relay our experience honestly so others are prepared for it. Positives: Very clean, interesting building, hot tub right outside the back door, easy access to main Street. Negatives: No parking despite having a garage for the hotel. The room was hotter than actual hell when we walked in. The a/c unit remote batteries were dead and it took forever to get air moving, when we got the air working the unit in the bedroom was leaking water everywhere, I had to put a towel under the bowl conveniently placed there to save the dresser from water damage. The TV in the bedroom did not work/dead batteries in remotes. The listing says it sleeps 6 but there were only 4 pillows in the unit and my husband had to sleep with a blanket wadded up like a pillow. The pull-out bed in the couch was the worst ever and my daughter had to sleep on a sheet on the couch. Upon checkout, no one was at the desk to take the room keys even though the check out instructions say you will be charged for lost keys if they're not turned in. We travel a lot and I can honestly say, I haven't been this disappointed in a very long time! I hope this review helps you make some much needed improvements! Thanks.
