Designer Loft in Center of Downtown

A spacious 1 bedroom loft with a Walk Score of 96 is excellent for vacations, business travel, conferences, sports events, and exploring lovely St. Louis!

Our space is perfectly located between all of the major attractions. You can easily walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, Americas Center (conference center), Scottrade Center, City Museum, Peabody Opera House, and many more. There's also a grocery store 1 block away, and many restaurants, cafes, and bars that we'd highly recommend.

The space

The space has been outfitted with designer furniture everywhere. The center piece of the living room is a beautiful white leather Eames Lounge chair. Relax on our blue leather couch from Article and watch Netflix on our 60" 4K TV.

In the kitchen you'll find a beautiful Saarinen marble tulip table (designed by the same designers as the St Louis Arch!). The table seats 4 guests and the kitchen island seats an additional 3.

You'll have the entire loft to yourself!

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is the perfect mix of being super close to all of the attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from loud bars at night. It's the most desirable area in downtown to live. The main grocery store is 1/2 block away with the best rated restaurants all right next door. There's also an excellent coffee shop just down the street. The entire area is also incredibly safe!

Getting around

The nearest metro station entrance is just 2 blocks away. Additionally Uber and taxi options are plentiful. If you're bringing a car we recommend using the parking garage above the grocery store.

Convenient and clean
I was in town for a conference at the convention center. This place is convenient for walking to most fun things around that area, including the arch. Comfy bed, lovely bright living room, and a large bathroom. 10/10 will stay again.

Nice Loft in downtown St.Louis
It was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone taking a trip to St. Louis. It is very convenient if you have stuff going on downtown. 5-15 minute walk and you can be anywhere you need to be. It was very clean and homey! Property manager was very nice and helpful

Location is fine for those that dont mind walking. 10 to 20 minute walks will get you to most of the downtown attractions and decent food. .Bathroom was dirty with hair, blood drops, and dried nose boogers on the wall. .Tub does not drain properly. Made for uncomfortable showers. .Washer/dryer doesn't work properly. .Oven is filthy and all dishes were dirty .Wifi not strong enough to play a movie for 10 minutes. .Needs a very good dusting. Served its purpose. Not that my review will matter but we will not be booking again.

Midwest road-trip
The location near Bush Stadium and the Arch was great. However there wasn’t much else around from a tourist perspective. Because we stayed over a weekend, we were able to park on the street for little or no cost. There was a grocery store nearby. From the property perspective, the owner was very responsive to our questions. Although uniquely decorated, we felt the loft could have been more homey and welcoming. Compared to other Vrbo properties we stayed at, this one had the bear minimum. The attention to detail could have been better. There were dust bunnies along the edges of the floor and the cement floor gave the appearance of being dirty. The ice maker and water dispenser did not work.
