Great Location
The condo was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The master walk-in shower was great. We really liked the location as we found lots of good places to go out to eat not far away. We found a lot of things to do in the area. A few of the things we enjoyed was the Fountain in Fountain Hills, the Apache trail with a stop at Goldfield, the Botanical Gardens in Phoenix. Old Towne Scottsdale was fun and interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and convenient
We had a lovely stay at this well located property. The owner was very responsive and kind. We advised her of a broken tea pot, just to let her know, and then next thing we knew there was a new teapot outside the front door! The community has two very nice pools. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here. The property was as advertised and had nearly everything we needed for our month long stay. It was close to restaurants and shopping as well as great hiking. The 2 pools were great and we met a lot of really great, friendly people. Would definitely stay again!

While living in Scottsdale, Arizona, I volunteered at the Hospice of the Valley and worked with the New Song Center for Grieving Children and the also with Sun Sounds of Arizona, a listening service for the visually impaired. I love to read and hike.

Why they chose this property

I love my condo in the "Valley of the Sun." I bought this property because I fell in love with the area. It is a quiet and stunning neighborhood with mountains, palm trees and bushes with flowers all year around. I used to hike almost everyday on the and watch birds and little animals scurrying around.
At night I watch the stars in the velvety sky. Nature puts on a spectacular show every morning and evening with the sunrise and the sunset.

What makes this property unique

Uniquely situated on property grounds. Offers lots of privacy yet surrounded by the most friendly neighbors. Most beautiful views from the window and balcony of flowers, bushes and palm trees. Walking distance from trails. Sun drenched area yet lots of shade. We call it "paradise."
