Enjoy your own outdoor space when you arrive and depart at our exceptional townhouse end unit with its own garage and parking space. This luxurious property, in the beautiful Vista Cay Resort, is perfect for your next business trip or family vacation. It has been professionally decorated with premium furnishings including recently installed premium carpeting. The brand new AC system has a variable speed blower for quieter operation and more precise air control and a Bi Polar Air Purifier which helps in reducing mold, bacteria, and viruses.

The location is within the epicenter of the many famous venues Central Orlando is well known for. It is adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center and just across from the Shingle Creek Golf Resort. Exciting places such as Universal, Sea World, Pointe Orlando, Eye Wheel, Top Golf, and Andretti Racing are very close-by and Disney is just a short drive away.

This multi level unit has nearly 1800 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms with a king size bedroom on the lower level and both a king size and twin bedroom on the third level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and each bed has a Tempur Pedic, Cloud Prima, or Beautyrest Legend mattress that provides the perfect retreat after a long day at the convention center or amusement park. In addition, there is a great room and full kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances and Cuisinart cookware set, on the second level. All rooms are well appointed including extra pillows, blankets and towels. There are large flat screen smart tvs, with premier subscription cable tv, in all the bedrooms and the greatroom. There is also free lightning high speed internet service with a wireless router. Ceiling fans are in the great room and each bedroom for use as an alternative or complement to the properties' HVAC system .

Wonderful Stay
Larry's property was very clean and well maintained. Larry was very prompt in responding to any questions and his directions for check in and check out were very clear and easy to follow. There was NO stress! The property is located very close to theme parks and convention center. The pool and other amenities were great. Thanks, Larry!

Relaxing
All was well very comfortable stay especially for a larger family, for me it was just my spouse and I. The property is very secure and has a shopping center two blocks away with a Publix ( full grocery store largest chain in Florida) gas station, Walgreens, restaurants etc within the two block radius. The price was very competitive and the townhouse was very clean and well maintained.

He enjoys seeing customers delighted with their experience staying at the property. His favorite hobby is golf and spending time with his family partaking in recreational and entertainment activities.

Why they chose this property

Larry, who lives in Massachusetts, has partnered with a local experienced Real Estate Agent who manages the property. This manager has a dedicated group of cleaners and maintenance workers who with great pride take special care keeping the property up. In addition, Larry continually updates the property with premium quality furnishings.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique benefits are as follows:

-The property is an end unit and was built by Pulte, a quality builder, hence it is very quiet inside.

-The property has its own driveway and garage (space for two cars), unlike many Vista Cay properties that are in multi level buildings. The guest thus spends less time walking back and forth from the car and dealing with elevators, and has access to their car within several seconds of going out the door.

-The property has an electronic coded door look that does not require keys or badges. Each guest has their own door code and the door unlocks, opens, and closes easily. This setup is more efficient and saves time compared to the many Vista Cay properties that use a lock box key system.

-The HVAC is brand new. Unlike many other units, it has a variable speed blower which results in quieter operation and more precise air temperature control, and a Bi Polar Air Purifier that helps reduce mold, bacteria, and viruses and provides more healthy breathable air.

-The thermostat settings can be controlled by the guest, unlike many Vista Cay properties where it is controlled by the owner or property management company. This approach provides the customer an easy way to keep comfortable while inside the property.

-The properties' bed mattresses are of the highest quality. They are either Tempur Pedic, Cloud Prima, or Beautyrest Legend and enable a well deserved great sleep after a long day of business, recreational, or entertainment activities.
