Three Bears Lodge is located right on the reservoir on Bill's Island. This lodge is your perfect getaway with its 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout. On the main level you have one bedroom and one bathroom. Along with a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay. Included on the main level is also a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with 3 large windows. Upstairs is another living room for relaxing after a fun filled day along with a master bedroom with a bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms and common bathroom. Not only is there one porch on the main level enjoy the second porch upstairs just outside your door. This lodge is a short 45 minutes to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Don't forget to bring your firewood to enjoy a campfire with your family at the end of your day. This lodge also has a gas grill so you can BBQ up dinner after a fun day of swimming and exploring.

Beautiful location
We had a wonderful time! The property is in a great location. The house was pretty clean. There is a problem with the windows frosting up and then causing moisture to leak from the second floor to the first floor dripping through the ceiling onto the couch in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds could use an upgrade. The mattresses have memory foam toppers that are degraded. We joked about sleeping in a trench in the master bedroom. Our overall experience was good. We had an excellent time celebrating the holidays with family. We would book this property again! Thanks for the memories Three Bear Lodge!

Your Comments For as much as you charge for a cleaning fee, I question what they clean from one guest to the next. There was garbage under ever couch and every bed. There were previous guest things left in the vanity’s behind the mirrors. Blood on the extra blankets. And no propane as we were told for the grill out side. There was lots of plastic and garbage in the fire pit outside. They offered lots of games and puzzles. However I’m pretty sure there wasn’t one game with all the pieces or puzzle. I organized all the games and puzzles because it was a total mess. There was less than a table spoon of dish soap to wash anything needed by hand. The door trim in the one bedroom was broke and hanging by a nail or two. Some bedroom doors didn’t even latch shut. The railing on the deck is broken. I clean homes for a living and can tell you this cabin wasn’t done well. Cobwebs on the lights and fans along with massive amounts of bugs in the window tracks. Having younger children in our group they are playing on the floors and they found lots of dust, dirt and garbage.

Island Park relaxing vacation
3 Bears Lodge worked well for our small family reunion. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and there’s a great fire pit. The propane BBQ grill was not operational but there was a charcoal grill we used instead. The gate system on Bill’s Island is a bit of a hassle, but overall the stay was great.

Great cabin in a great location. Cabin needs a few minor repairs on the deck and railing.
We have used this property twice and loved it every time. So many things to do with the lake and river rafting, Yellowstone was amazing this year. Two wolves and a sow Grizzley with three cubs. Fishing is amazing on the Henrys fork river.

Great stay!
Had everything we needed for an adult family of eight. Well stocked kitchen. Charcoal grill. Huge house. Lovely views. The canal was a great place to paddle board and bird watch. We would love to book again.
