SUNDAY check in ALLOWED except 4th Sunday of each month.
BIG TIME HILL CABIN is located inside
Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. Walk our HIKING TRAIL to tri state corner. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. 19 rentals has access to the pool house. Basketball court. Cabin has Hot tub, fireplace, charcoal grill, fire pit, WIFI, 4 king beds etc. Bluff & pool decks!

PET FEE: Ask owner before booking if you have a pet. Pet fee is $100 per pet maximum 2. If you bring a pet & did not pay you will be charged or ask to leave.

Cabin is for 8 guests including children! Upon approval we allow Maximum of 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 8 & did not pay you will be charged or ask to leave.

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.

Mother-Daughter Getaway
My daughter and I stayed at the Big Time Hill cabin for a brief getaway in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. This cabin had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was VERY CLEAN! It has an amazing porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We went to Chattanooga for a Yoga session and spent time strolling the streets of this lovely college town.

Awesome view
My wife and I had an amazing time. We used hot tub firepit basketball court and grill almost every night. So much to do. Will definitely be back. Already have reservations for August.

The VIEWS!
It’s worth the 30 minute drive to Chattanooga! The drive is beautiful, the views from the cabin are breath taking and the pool house was clean and perfect for the kids to enjoy! We have no complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location
This was the perfect place for a spring break family trip to Chattanooga. We have 3 adults and 2 kids (7 and 2). My kids loved the pool (it was a little too cold for us adults) and seeing the chicken, goats and horses every day. The cabin has all the basics you needs and we did a quick grocery pick up at Walmart in Kimball and had most meals at cabin using charcoal grill. For us, we just scheduled all excursions in Chattanooga right after breakfast, packed a lunch and then headed back mid-afternoon for naps, swimming and sunset views. Sylvia was very responsive. Highly recommend!!!
